Payment by the User for services

The user of the mobile application has the right to pay for services in two ways:

- in cash;

- by bank card using Internet acquiring from Sberbank.

Payment with a bank card

Payments are made without acceptance, by recurrent transfer of funds from VISA and MASTER CARD bank cards, if it is possible to make Internet payments provided by the User's bank that issued the bank card. The User can find out about the possibility of making Internet payments using a bank card by contacting the bank.

For correct entry, it is necessary to carefully and accurately, observing the sequence of numbers and letters, enter the data as they are indicated on the User's card:

1. The cardholder is usually indicated on the front of the bank card in English in capital letters. For example, IVANOV IVAN;

2. The card number is usually indicated on the front side of a bank card and consists of 16 digits. For example: 0123 4567 8901 2345;

3. The validity period of the card, as a rule, is indicated on the front side of the bank card - the month and year until which the card is valid. The validity period of the card is entered in numbers. For example, 12 (entered in the month field) and 17 (entered in the year field), which means that the card is valid until December 2017);

4. CVV2 or CVC2 card code (usually indicated on the back of a bank card and consists of 3 digits. For example, 123.

Data transfer process

To pay with a bank card, you need to add it to your profile.

You will be redirected to the payment gateway of PJSC "Sberbank of Russia", where you can specify the details of your bank card. The connection with the payment gateway and the transfer of your plastic card parameters is carried out in a secure mode using a 128-bit SSL encryption protocol.

If the Bank-Issuer of your plastic card supports the technology of secure online payments Verified By VISA or MasterCard SecureCode, be prepared to provide a special password required for successful payment.

You can check the methods and the possibility of obtaining a password for making an Internet payment at the bank that issued your card.

Confidentiality

The service of payment via the Internet is carried out in accordance with the Rules of international payment systems, based on the principles of confidentiality and security of making a payment, for which the most modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission through closed communication channels are used.

Cases of refusal to make a payment

1. The bank card is not intended for making payments via the Internet, which can be found out by inquiring at the User's Bank.

2. There are not enough funds to pay on a bank card. The User can find out more about the availability of funds on a bank card by contacting the bank that issued the bank card.

3. The credit card information was entered incorrectly.

4. Your bank card has expired. The validity period of the card is usually indicated on the front side of the card (this is the month and year until which the card is valid). The User can learn more about the validity period of the card by contacting the bank that issued the bank card.

5. The set limit of operations per day or month has been exceeded. The amount of the daily or monthly limit for all transactions is determined by the partner bank.

6. If it is impossible for any reason to make a non-cash payment (including, but not limited to, temporary technical unavailability of this function, temporary or permanent impossibility of non-cash payment using a bank card, insufficient funds on the card), the User undertakes to pay in cash.
